Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience in developing scalable, High availability software products.
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies like PHP, Node.JS, Angular.JS and mobile technologies like Android or iOS. Exposure to Web technologies.
- Hands-on experience of development & experience with scalable Architecture.
- Experience of managing teams of Sr. Engineers, Lead engineers and coaching, mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role.
- Experience working with Product Managers and Interaction Designers.
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Should be able to think through problems in both a quick timeframe as well as a long-term, permanent solution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed Teams.
- Work closely with design, operations, engineering and testing teams in an agile environment to launch products and ensure seamless delivery on time.
